Information on exercising the right of withdrawal for consumers
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post, by email or via our online cancellation form.
The online cancellation form is available at: https://ikunix.at/cancellation-form
Use of the online cancellation form is not mandatory. You may instead use the model withdrawal form below or any other clear statement.
If you use the online cancellation form, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay by email or on another durable medium.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you expressly requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount in the event of withdrawal.
This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, in relation to the total scope of the services contractually agreed.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services
In the case of a paid contract for services, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the fourteen-day withdrawal period only once we have fully performed the agreed service and only if we began performance after you:
- expressly requested that we begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period, and
- confirmed that you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
Digital Content Not Supplied on a Tangible Medium
In the case of paid contracts for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun after you:
- expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period,
- confirmed that you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
- received confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

Scope
The statutory right of withdrawal applies to consumers in relation to contracts concluded at a distance or away from business premises.
As a general rule, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts between businesses unless expressly agreed otherwise.
